CHTM Students Hailed Champions at National Coco Culinary & Dining Competition

Students from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) proudly emerged as Champion in the COCOLINARYA TURISMO 2025: Coco Restaurant of the Region, a prestigious national culinary and dining competition held in September 2025 in Mandaluyong City, Manila.

Representing the University of the Cordilleras, the team showcased outstanding professionalism, creativity, and technical masteryโ€”skills that reflect the collegeโ€™s strong commitment to industryโ€‘aligned training and excellence. Their exceptional performance earned not only the overall championship title but also a sweep of major special awards across key culinary and service categories.
