The University of the Cordilleras College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (UC CHTM) is inviting the entire UC community to come together in support of families and communities affected by Typhoon Emmong. Guided by the Filipino spirit of bayanihan, the College is launching a donation drive to help those who are working to recover and rebuild their lives.
Typhoon Emmong has caused significant challenges in several communities, leaving many families in need of basic necessities. As a college that values compassion, service, and social responsibility, UC CHTM believes in taking action during times of crisis. Through this donation initiative, the College hopes to extend meaningful assistance to those who need it most.

The UC CHTM Donation Drive welcomes contributions such as non-perishable food items, bottled water, hygiene kits, clothing, and other essential goods that can provide comfort and relief to affected households. Every act of generosity, no matter how small, creates a positive impact and brings hope to families striving to recover.
This effort reflects the Collegeโs commitment to nurturing not only skilled hospitality and tourism professionals, but also individuals who are deeply rooted in empathy and community care. By coming together, the UC CHTM community shows that kindness and solidarity remain at the heart of who we are.
Further information on drop-off points, accepted items, and volunteer opportunities will be shared through official UC CHTM channels.
In difficult times, we rise together. Let us keep the spirit of bayanihan alive.
