The University of the Cordilleras College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (UC CHTM) proudly took part in the UC Grand Homecoming Alumni Celebration on May 17, 2025. Carrying the uplifting theme โBlazing Stronger Together,โ this gathering brought together graduates from various generations who all share the same roots, passion, and loyalty to UC.
Representing the CHTM alumni community were Mr. Jessie Gaspar, who attended on behalf of Mr. Henry Maglaya, and Ms. Liezl Soliven-Dunwan. They were warmly supported by College Dean Ms. Michelle Mamaril Balinte, whose steady guidance continues to shape the collegeโs direction and achievements. Their presence reflected the strong, close-knit spirit that CHTM graduates are known for.

The event became a beautiful moment of reconnecting, reminiscing, and celebrating the accomplishments of alumni who are now part of the hospitality and tourism industry, both locally and abroad. Through shared stories and renewed friendships, the CHTM family showed how unity and collaboration truly keep the UC flame burning bright.
While the celebration focused on joy and togetherness, it also highlighted meaningful values that resonate with several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
SDG 4: Quality Education
SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
