The Department of TourismโCordillera Administrative Region (DOT-CAR) wrapped up its Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) training for 233 students from the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management – University of the Cordilleras on May 8โ9 and 13โ14, 2025.

The Filipino Brand of Service Excellence is a crucial concept for students pursuing careers in tourism and hospitality. Whether their careers will be in hotels, resorts, tour companies, or other tourism sectors, these students will be able to contribute to the global success of the Philippine tourism industry while also developing themselves into professionals who embody the very best of Filipino culture. It reflects the distinctive, warm, and world-renowned service culture that the Philippines is known for.
