This process ensures an organized and efficient pictorial schedule for all candidates. To maintain fairness and accommodate the large number of participants, students are reminded to carefully review the guidelines before submitting their preferred schedule.
Important Reminders
- Selection is on a first-come, first-served basis per establishment or internship location.
- Each batch is limited to a maximum of 50 slots.
- The coordinator may adjust schedules when necessary, particularly when slots are filled.
- Students must secure permission from their respective reporting supervisors before confirming their chosen schedule.
- Schedule options may be removed once all available slots are taken.
