HATCH Day 2: Tourism Research Innovation Output

What an inspiring second day of our Hospitality & Tourism Creatives Hub (HATCH) on April 3rd! Our 3rd year Tourism students illuminated the UC Auditorium with groundbreaking research innovations that truly embodied our theme “Cultivating Tomorrow: Where Ideas Take Flight.”

We witnessed 10 exceptional research innovation entries that showcased fresh perspectives on tourism development, sustainability practices, and industry solutions. These bright minds demonstrated how academic research can transform into practical applications for the evolving tourism landscape.

The creativity and analytical thinking displayed by our Tourism students reflected their dedication to advancing the industry through evidence-based approaches and innovative methodologies.

The energy in the room was electric as these future tourism leaders presented their findings and recommendations, sparking meaningful conversations about the future of hospitality and tourism in our region and beyond!
