The University of the Cordilleras – College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (UC CHTM) actively participated in the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), reinforcing its commitment to disaster preparedness and safety awareness.
With safety as a top priority, CHTM students, faculty, and staff practiced the Duck, Cover, and Hold protocol. This drill aimed to enhance our readiness in responding effectively to potential earthquakes, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to stay safe during seismic events.
Through initiatives like these, UC CHTM continues to foster a culture of preparedness, resilience, and responsibility, contributing to a disaster-ready academic community. Letโs stay alert, stay informed, and always be prepared! ![]()
